After done the first step, the next step is copy the wallpaper/picture and paste in the blue background.Actually, got some method can use to copy and paste. I just highlight the picture and paste in the blue background. Of course the size will become smaller than u expected. Then u just press (ctrl+T) to adjust the size.
I use the ruler tools adjust my height and width size. Then will be accurately to form a layer.
